PYNKNYMPH is a professional waxing studio built on mutual respect and client comfort. While waxing services can involve intimate areas, they are strictly professional cosmetic services. Any behavior that is inappropriate, suggestive, or disrespectful toward the service provider will not be tolerated.
Clients who engage in inappropriate comments, requests, or behavior will have their appointment immediately terminated and may be permanently banned from booking future services. This policy exists to ensure that the studio remains a safe and comfortable environment for both clients and staff.

Booking
24/7
Our services are by appointment only. Please book online or reach out to book an appointment. We do not offer walk-in services at this time.
Cancellations
48 Hours
Appointment cancellations MUST be made 48 before your scheduled appointment time. Appointments cancelled within our 48 hour period will incur a 50% “Now Show” fee, or a 30% rescheduling fee should you choose ro reschedule.
Rescheduling
48 Hours
Appointment reschedules MUST be made 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Same-Day Rescheduling
50% Fee
When same-day scheduling is available, a fee of 50% of services scheduled will be charged.
No Shows
100% Fee
If you do not show for your appointment and do not reschedule prior to the start of your appointment time, you will be charged a fee of 50% of services booked.
Repeat no shows may result in pre-payment before service, a 100% no show fee of services booked or no longer being able to schedule services with Pynk Nymph.
Cancellations
5-10 Min.
If you are late to your appointment, there will be a 30% rush fee added to your service.
Late = 5-10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time for any 30+ minute appointment and 2-5 minutes past your scheduled appointment time for any appointment less than 30 minutes.
If you are late to your appointment, later than the allocated rush periods above, you will be considered a no-show and will be charged a fee of 50% of services booked.
